These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Bharat Ecofuels' pump dealership program and related services. By applying for or participating in our dealership, you agree to comply with these Terms.

1. Eligibility

Applicants must meet the eligibility criteria as defined by Bharat Ecofuels, including financial capacity, land availability, documentation and compliance with government norms.

2. Application Process

All applicants must submit accurate, complete and updated information. Any false or misleading information may result in rejection of the application or termination of the dealership.

3. Responsibilities of Dealership Holders

• Operate and maintain the pump per company standards.
• Comply with all legal, environmental and safety norms.
• Maintain adequate stock and quality of fuel and lubricants.
• Train staff per Bharat Ecofuels' guidelines.

4. Pricing & Payment

Product pricing will be determined and periodically updated by Bharat Ecofuels. All payments must be made per the agreed terms through authorized channels.

5. Intellectual Property

All logos, branding, trademarks and materials provided by Bharat Ecofuels remain the intellectual property of the company and cannot be used for any unauthorized purposes.

6. Termination

Bharat Ecofuels reserves the right to terminate or suspend the dealership in case of breach of terms, fraud, illegal activity or underperformance.

7. Amendments

These Terms may be updated from time to time. Dealership holders will be notified of any significant changes through official communication.

8. Limitation of Liability

Bharat Ecofuels will not be liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from dealership operations or related activities.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Noida, Uttar Pradesh.
